Award-Winning Children's Book

Un Día Cualquiera

An award-winning children’s book created through traditional manual printmaking and digital craftsmanship.

“Un Día Cualquiera” (A Typical Day) received a Special Mention at the VI International Compostela Prize and was a finalist at the Nami Concours in South Korea. The project utilizes a unique hybrid technique: every illustration was manually engraved and hand-printed in color before being digitized. This process preserves the rich, tactile textures of the original paper copies, resulting in a bold visual narrative defined by a high-contrast red and black palette and stark graphic compositions.
