A whimsical and functional editorial illustration framing a crossword puzzle with an organic mushroom theme.
Commissioned by Il Corriere della Sera for its “Liberi Tutti” magazine, this project demonstrates the integration of art into interactive editorial layouts. The illustration features a variety of stylized fungi with rich digital textures, surrounding the puzzle grid without compromising readability. It showcases my ability to work within strict layout constraints, adding aesthetic value to functional print pages through nature-inspired storytelling and graphic clarity.
